We kind of missed the opportunity to sit and relax, no couch or sofa, just the chairs at the dinner table. But it was OK.
My personal opinion on cleaning: I used to work in hotels for 38 years so I'm critical and know where to look, but the cleaning could be better, especially the bathrooms needs extra attention [ shower cabin ] . Cleaning is very superficial. You and Luca were great, always willing to help. We appreciated that we could stay a little longer on the day of check out, this solved a big problem for us where to leave the luggage till our flight departure. Thank you very much for that. Also the complimentary wine was appreciated.
This was our second stay with Cocoon [ Barcelona the first ] and we will look for you again when we are looking for an apartment.

Neighbours leave a note on doormat already after a chair is being moved, and we had to take shoes off.
We were no teenagers having a party and we were hardly there anyway. If you live in a apartment you can expect to hear the neighbours around you. Maybe the neighbours had bad experiences in the past and they now react to every noise.

This apartment is clean and comfortable.
Bianca is very helpful and all the little touches like shampoo and fabric conditioner add up. We were very impressed. I would highly recommend Lilium. It is very near the Vatican City....even I could walk it. Would I pay a return visit? Definitely!

Great location close to the Vatican and still in a quit area with facilities like restaurants and shops close by. Excellent service on check in and check out and the owner arranged mini van transport for trip from and to the airport.
Very nice apartment with all you need for a great stay in Rome.

Lilium was excellent for our purpose. We could walk to most of the tourist places in central city. (We are a family that like to walk). Restaurants, shopping and the Vatican and St Peters church are very close. Transport: bus, metro and even train near by.

Check-in was easy and Bianca was great. I really appreciated that spices, olive oil and fresh garlic was provided as we did cook several meals in the apartment. The apartment was large and comfortable for our party of 5. We were happy with the location. While it is located near the Vatican, it is a fairly long walk (over 1 km) to the get to the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica and farther still to the Vatican Museum. Bus access is fairly convenient with a direct route that took us near the colosseum. There is not a metro stop nearby. We used "RomeCabs" for pick-up at the airport that included a tour with drop-off at the apartment. Our experience with them was great! Rome is huge and it was wonderful to get oriented to the city and see so many of the sites in our first few hours.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious and very clean. A lounge area would have been useful. Very close to the Vatican and transport.

Everything was satisfactory.

There is no information about balcony? For us was balcony important so it was a nice surprice, but it would be good to know that before the trip.

We were in app Lilium from 23th to 27th May and we were very satisfied (six persons).
Accommodation spacious, comfortable, clean, everything OK. Location in silent street
near to Vatican, very good transport connections, Perfect Metro, stops to 15 min of walking (Cipro and Ottaviano). Rome is wonderful, we look forward to next visit!
