The host must be rung when you arrive at the airport, the booked transport was more expensive than a local taxi, but was very considerate. The apartment is not kid friendly for under 5 year olds, the steps into the bunk beds were not fixed to the bed. And the railing around the mezzanine floor was way too open. Kids loved the swing and the hammock tho! The best coffee in Rome is very close as is a reasonable supermarket. The wifi is not very strong and limioted the places you could actually use it. The double bed is small and very firm.

Check in was easy and thorough and Flavio was really friendly and provided us with some excellent tips for our stay in Rome. The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location and we were able to walk to all the major tourist sites. The kids loved the swing and hammock in the apartment. If I ever return to Rome I would stay in the apartment again. Thank you!!

Wonderful apartment and an amazing location. Pantheon and Piazza Della Rotonda can be seen from windows, and you are in the middle of everything in just 10 seconds after stepping to the street.

Swings and big bath tube were preferred by our 4 children, so they would have liked to spend most of the time in apartment instead of seeing Rome's sights. But the apartment was also a great place for adults after spending a hot day in sunny Rome.

Loved our stay at Rome. Flavio was a fantastic host with excellent english which was of great benefit to our stay. The apartment was in a fantastic location with the Pantheon on your doorstep along with all the other highlights of Rome. The apartment was fitted out for a short term stay with extras like washing machine, powder provided etc which made our stay so much better. Would recommend this apartment to any family looking to stay in central Rome. We stayed for 4 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids, 10&5.

There could not have been a better location to stay in Rome. For two of us, the apartment was a bit large, but we have been traveling for 13 months and have stayed in some very small, some quite disordered or dirty, and some minimally furnished locations. This was none of the above. In fact, the full bathroom is my favorite room in all of our travels. I sighed and sunk into the tub with a good book for a relaxing end to a hectic day, prior to enjoying a passegiata of course. The kitchen is also wonderful. I enjoy cooking and this apartment is a good place to cook. We even had our Italian friends for dinner and I was able to cook everything I wanted to make for them. Not to mention stuffing ourselves on dolci from Il Fornaio, close by. And, to be serenaded to sleep each night by the entertainers on Via Panteon was frosting on the cake. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Cocoon Rome and the Pantheon apartment. Amazing location and reasonable prices. The apartment was well-stocked and extremely clean. Whilst there is a shower in the second bathroom, it is a bit misleading to say that there are two full bathrooms, since the room is so small that showering soaks the entire bathroom and there is not a dry place to keep a towel. Because of this, the apartment would be more ideal for a family with small children, but a bit more difficult with adults or teenagers.

The location is situated perfectly in walking distance to most important historic sites in Rome, close to the Pantheon. Flavio, our host, was very helpful providing us with information about how to go around, the next supermarket etc. The apartment is stylish within an ancient building.

The location was perfect as a base for sight seeing and eating our way around Rome. The apartment was fun and funky as well as being very practical for our stay. Flavio who greeted us at the apartment was incredibly helpful spending time to help us arrange transport within the city and also for our onward journey. Excellent, wonderful, Fantastic!

This apartment is in an absolutely fantastic location, the Pantheon is on your doorsteps. The apartment was great for our children, they loved the bunk beds and hammock and swing in the living area. The bathroom was a little quirky but there are 2 of them which is handy and good air-con. The owner, Flavio who met us at the apartment was very professional and full of local knowledge.

Very satisfied with the service, booking was easy and apartment was what we were expecting from the description an photos.

Perfect location in centre of Rome with easy walk through classic historic streets to all main attractions. All facilities within a few yards including Spar and very good restaurant next door, you walk past the kitchen on the way to the lift !! A real pleasure to be able to look out over the Pantheon or get down to the piazza within a minute to enjoy the night scene. Apartment a bit quirky and lounge a little odd with large central platform but only a minor quibble. Owner ( Flavio ) extremely attentive and got us a taxi on departure

Great centrally located apartment with the Panthenon on your door step! Ideal base for site seeing on foot for all major attractions. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with utensils, crockery, small grill/oven, dishwasher and washing machine. My family and I really enjoyed staying here. My sons age 12 and 9 really liked the Wi Fi, bunk beds, hammock and quirky swing. The apartment would be more comfortable with the addition of a comfy sofa for you to relax on after many hours of walking. However the cushioned seating did suffice.

The space taken up by the big wooden structure in the centre of the floor would be better used for a comfortable sitting space with sofa or chairs.
The appart IS on the 3rd floor with a lift as it says, but there are also some stairs after the lift.
Despite all this we had a good holiday ! The centrality is excellent.
